KSI wants to bet $1 million on himself to defeat Tommy Fury in a boxing match

YouTube star KSI claims he is willing to bet $1 million on himself to defeat Tommy Fury ahead of their upcoming clash on October 14.

Following Tommy Fury’s victory over Jake Paul earlier this year, handing the influencer his first boxing loss, the highly anticipated clash between KSI and Fury is right around the corner.

With their final blow coming on October 14, the British YouTube star is aiming to do what his rival Jake Paul couldn’t, and take down Fury to prove once and for all that he is the best fighter on the scene.

Ahead of fight night, which is expected to be the most impactful boxing event we’ve seen to date, both KSI and Tommy join Adin Ross to go head-to-head on the stream his September 16th Kick live.

KSI said he would bet $1 million to defeat Tommy Fury

Before Fury joined the call, Adin asked KSI how confident he was and the YouTuber responded that he was willing to put his money where his mouth was and bet $1 million on him winning the fight.

“If you’re confident in yourself, very confident, I’ll spend some money, you know? Then I will give you a watch or something like that,” the streamer said.

“No, it was like I was trying to spend a million dollars on myself,” KSI revealed. However, the YouTube star insists that the logistics of making such a big bet are proving difficult. “First of all, a lot of things, trying to invest that money, I don’t allow,” he said. “They max out at 5k.”

Adin questioned whether it was legal for KSI to bet on himself. The YouTuber claims it’s completely legal, although he notes that he can’t bet on a specific round for the match.

“I can bet on myself,” KSI replied. “I can’t bet on this round. So, yeah, I think I’m going to have to try to figure out how to do it through people, otherwise I don’t know.”

He added: “But then it was so sophisticated that I didn’t know if I wanted to keep doing it or leave it. I will wear whatever I can.

KSI isn’t the only one willing to put up the money, with Logan Paul also offering to bet Conor McGregor $1 million on him defeating Dillon Danis in the co-main event of Prime Card.

Not only that, the stakes are even higher for Paul, as he agrees to let Dillon Danis be his best man at his wedding if he loses.
