NELK Boys confronts former 905 Shooting editor to explain the real reason for getting fired

About two years since the famous YouTube collective NELK Boys was fired Jason ‘905 Shooting’ Pagaduan from the team, founding member Kyle Forgeard confronted him on the Full Send Podcast to explain why he was disqualified.

The NELK Boys have quickly grown into one of the largest social media groups on the internet. Although as soon as their popularity started to skyrocket, they fired 905 Shooters from the team.

At first, the reasoning behind the decision was “scary behaviour”. The former editor was cast aside after several women came forward with stories of “unsolicited, repetitive and unsolicited videos”.

However, almost two years on from the split, NELK head Kyle Forgeard spoke to 905 Shooting in the latest episode of Full Send Podcast.

Turns out, it wasn’t just these stories that got him fired.

Instagram: NELKBBoys905 Shooting was the video editor for the NELK Boys before it was deleted.

Before 905 Shooting appeared on the podcast, Forgeard started listing the reasons for his withdrawal from the group. Primarily, it focuses on two specific issues.

“It’s 50/50,” Forgeard explained. “Work ethic and what he did.”

Although “d*** photos were the last straw”, it seems the editor may have left before the incident came to light.

“He’s just lazy,” the NELK Boys founder insisted.

“He took everything for granted because he showed up at an early level. He didn’t even know how to edit videos before he joined NELK. I taught him how to make subtitles.”

Although he understood why he was fired, 905 Shooting soon joined the podcast to try to defend his actions.

“I was put in a situation where people advised me to be a different person,” he argues.

“Been prepared to be a friend guy, the alcoholic type, and it feels great to be a part of that lifestyle.”

As a result of these changes and appearing more in front of the camera instead of behind the camera, the former editor began to “lost”. [his] passion”, leading to a lack of productivity.

“I could have decided on my own, maybe it’s time for both sides to give up,” he said. “It would be a good way to get out if I choose.”

In addition to the previously mentioned controversies, 905 Shooting also lost the crew’s “10,000 USD camera,” according to Forgeard.

“You didn’t even say sorry.”

The bridges were clearly burned, leaving no room for the 905 Shooting to return. Although the door is open, the former editor admits that he no longer feels NELK Boys is the right fit “for [him].”
