Easter of the Transforming Church

Easter of the Transforming Church

Conversion Church is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Oklahoma-based church is at the center of a heated internet debate after a video of the church went viral on TikTok. The video appeared to show a service that seemed more lively than a typical church gathering on Easter Sunday. Reportedly, some Christians were upset with the footage of the Church of the Transfiguration for indulging in what they believed was an excessively distracting celebration of the lord. Despite this, some believers also sided with the Church of Transformation. Scroll down the page and read more details.

In a TikTok video posted last week, a pastor at the church described the celebration as something you don’t want to miss. However, the video was not posted by the pastor himself. If someone likes his church sermons to remain quiet and simple, then Transformation Church may not be the place of worship for him. Transformation Church also has a Youtube Channel with two million subscribers. This channel is widely known for sharing videos of Sunday services on the internet. However, the Church of Transformation has not yet posted any footage of the 2023 Easter service. Scroll down the page and read more details.

Religion is a personal matter. So the Conversion Church always does something out of the ordinary, it divides opinion on the internet. Common criticism of the 2023 Easter show revolved around the idea that large churches such as theirs were non-traditional and did not promote the right message. One person said if you attend Mike Todd’s Transformation church, I will tell you this for the love of your soul: It’s time to find another church. Mike Todd and his army will NOT lead you closer to God. Find a Bible-believing church that focuses on discipleship and the gospel. Stay tuned to this website for more details and updates.

This is not a concert or a Hip Hop show. This is Mike Todd’s church. This is how they celebrate Easter. 🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠 pic.twitter.com/YUC41pO37r

They are doing the absolute best… and I’m not sure if God is focused on that or not. Then again, everyone wades to the depth of their understanding, so if it suits them. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Recently news about this modern service is spreading on the internet. Pastor Mike Todd received a lot of attention on social media after his epic Easter 2023 “Ransom” service. Although the entire event was not shared on social media, parts of it were posted online, suggesting that attending church was not something people expected. The online event featured performances from Kesha and Beyoncé, spotlights reminiscent of a Hollywood awards show, and even dance moves similar to Sam Smith’s iconic Unholy song.

Natalie and Mike Todd have been pastors of Tulsa Transformation Church since February 2015. Last year, he made headlines for spitting on a churchgoer during a sermon. Because of its modern ideals and prayer style, the chapel has attracted a lot of attention online. This year, those elements of Transformation Church’s Easter service (named Ransom) can be seen witnessing breathtaking performances and intricate dances. The lyrics to Beyoncé’s song Diva were significantly modified during one of their performances. “The dragon is an angel turned into Hustla,” according to the revised lyrics. One Ransom performer sang in the style of Beyoncé’s hit song Formation, “Okay, demons now gather around.”

In another part of the Ransom Easter event, a performer was spotted wearing the Internet’s favorite MSCHF Big Red Boots and singing, “I’m making money, people are crazy” Three actors were spotted are currently discussing their appearance in a comedy, with one person adding, “Your little booty matters too, buddy.” Dancers perform Kesha’s song Die Young during a church ceremony. The viral actions on Twitter and TikTok have shaken the Internet to its core. Many people are surprised that a church can host such a grand and sophisticated event. Others called it “blasphemy.” There were some responses to the ceremony saying they were showing a lack of respect for God.

At the time of writing, the finished service has not yet been released to YouTube as many Transformation Church followers had expected. On the other hand, Mike Todd took to his official social media account to state that they would only stream the video for one session before removing it online. According to YouTuber Nick Jones, the church did not share the footage online due to possible copyright difficulties. However, he has speculated that the church may have something to hide from the public.
